A very unusual color for J.Crew! You don't see this deep beautiful shade of plum at J.Crew too often but it's perfect for fall!!! I love this shade, it's not too dark and not too light, goes beautifully with grey (my favorite color) and black. I would pair it with a pencil skirt and a favorite cardigan. I think you can even make it work with a dark wash jean like a Downtown denim trouser in clean rinse wash item#18184 on jcrew.com.
